RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Vesen Lab Inc. policy will apply to all purchases made through vesenlab.com.

 

  • All products, including but not limited to serums, ampoules, and lotions purchased through vesenlab.com are nonrefundable due to hygienic reasons. However, if you wish to cancel the order, your refund requests must be made before picking up the order and within 14 days after your purchase.
  • If you would like to exchange your order, you must present the receipt within 14 days of your purchase to Vesen Lab Inc. for exchange or merchandise credit only. However, exchange or store credit does not apply to “certain products” under ANY circumstances due to hygienic reasons. Also, exchange or merch credit will be processed once the condition of the product and its packaging have been approved at the Customer Service Center at Vesen Lab Inc. All receipts will be sent to the email you used for account signup.

The product is deemed to be in original condition if it meets the following standards.

  • No wear or tear of outside and inside packaging including its tags.
  • All bottles, containers, products were not open and taken out of the package.
  • No chemical products, water, or perfume has been sprayed on the product.
  • All paperwork, manuals, and accessories must be present in their original state.
  • All products must be unused, untried, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • If the product or its packaging, including its tag, paperwork, or manuals, is damaged or missing, Vesen Lab Inc. has the right to reject your exchange or merchandise credit request.
  • All exchanges, returns, or merchandise credit requests that are made 14 days after the purchase will not be accepted.
  • All products that could not be picked up and had to be shipped are nonrefundable and are subject to the same exchange policy. All exchanges must be made at the store within 14 days with a receipt. 
  • Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees, which will be deducted from the refund, for any returns that were made while the product is being shipped.
  • Any balance from the exchange will be handled at the Customer Service Center at Vesen Lab Inc. Any balance leftover from the exchange will be given in the form of Bonus Points that can used only at vesenlab.com. Bonus points can be spent toward your purchase.

Ineligible Items for return

All clearance items, special sale items, promotional items, special order items, and discontinued items will be not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Any products that do not meet the standards of the original condition outlined above will not be eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Email your order/invoice number at info@vesenlab.com to request a Return Form. You may request the form within 14 days of the order delivery date.

    2. Upon receiving the Return Form, please fill it out and send it along with the item you wish to return.

    Note: Please ensure that the item remains undamaged while in transit. For damaged item(s) or packaging, we charge extra 75% as restocking fee. Returned orders without the Return Slip will not be accepted.

    3. Upon receiving the item with the Return Form, the request will be processed within 7~10 business days.
